We desire to serve you and your ministry well, so we kindly ask that all requests be submitted at least an four weeks before the event. This will allow our team to plan ahead and make sure everything gets its proper placement.
Requests that come in within the 4 week notice will not receive priority. However, we understand life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate special situations.
