At The Well, we affirm that God's scope for reconciling all things to himself includes all nations and people groups (Colossians 1:20). Since the beginning of time, God intended to live among his people. After the rebellion of human beings (Genesis 3), God promised one who would come to destroy sin and death (Genesis 3:15), one through whom all people groups would be blessed (Genesis 12:1-4; Galatians 3:8).
Jesus, the long-awaited Messiah, has reconciled us to the Father by forgiving our sins and has called us to proclaim the good news throughout all the earth (Matthew 28:19-20). God has entrusted to us the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:20)!
Missions at The Well
The Well exists to make disciples and plant churches. We desire to see this happen locally and internationally. We desire to see the gospel take root in the lives of people, particularly in people groups who have never heard about Jesus and the story he invites us into.
The Well has started to solidify relationships locally and internationally to mobilize our people to take the good news of Jesus into areas where it has not been heard. If you are interested in joining the task, email santi@thewellabilene.com to see ways to get involved.
Trip Opportunities
We are all participants in the great commission.
We desire to facilitate the longevity of missionary work by caring for missionaries. These trips are a great way of getting acquainted with their work and needs so we can serve and join them in making disciples of their contexts.

100 UPG Cooperative
We are wanting to support the 100 UPG Co-op in catalyzing reproducing movements of churches among 100 unreached people groups (UPGs) who have little to no access to the gospel. We are expectant to see the ways God may use this cooperative of many local churches to accomplish his mission on a scale we have never seen before.
