Worship Minister
The Worship Minister serves as the primary leader of worship ministry at The Well. This person will provide leadership for worship ministry volunteers, oversee the planning and execution of gathered worship, develop leaders and teams, and help ensure that worship gatherings support the preaching of God’s Word and the spiritual formation of the church. This is a full time position.

Community Minister
The Community Minister provides leadership and care for Gospel Community leaders, oversees systems that help
newcomers find belonging, and works closely with pastoral leadership to align our connection pathways with the mission of The Well. This is a full time position.

College Minister
This role includes oversight of college ministry staff and volunteer leaders, discipleship environments, outreach efforts, and ministry development, while working closely with pastors, deacons, and other leaders to cultivate a healthy ministry culture shaped by Gospel, Community, and Mission. The Church Administrator is a full-time position responsible for managing the church’s administrative
operations and providing high-level support to the Executive Pastor. This person is also the primary driver
of the daily operations of the church offices. This is a full time position.
